Specific features, duration, curriculum, access period, and benefits may vary between courses and programs.

You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information updated.

Your account is personal to you and should not be shared, sold, transferred, or made available to others.

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for the period and under the conditions specified for that particular course.

Course access does not mean ownership of the course content is transferred to you.

Different products may have different access periods, including lifetime access, fixed-duration access, subscription access, or cohort-based access.

All content provided through Coding Career Academy, including videos, AI-avatar lessons, audio, text, presentations, graphics, course materials, notes, prompts, templates, quizzes, assessments, logos, branding, website content, and course structure, is owned by or licensed to AH CAREER Pvt Ltd / Coding Career Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the content only for personal learning and educational purposes.

• You may not copy, record, re-upload, sell, redistribute, publicly publish, share account access, create competing courses using substantial portions of our content, remove ownership notices, or use our branding without written permission.

Some courses may use artificial intelligence, AI-generated content, AI-assisted content, synthetic voice, or AI-avatar presenters.

AI-generated or AI-assisted examples and outputs are provided for educational and demonstration purposes. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate information. You should independently verify important information before relying upon AI-generated output, particularly for legal, financial, medical, employment, academic, or other consequential decisions.

Our courses are educational and informational in nature.

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, salary, promotion, business revenue, freelancing income, customer acquisition, academic results, investment returns, startup success, or any specific professional or financial outcome.

Technology, particularly artificial intelligence and software tools, changes rapidly. We may update, modify, replace, or improve course content from time to time.

The availability or features of third-party software and AI tools are outside our control and may change without notice.

Our courses may demonstrate or recommend third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for changes to third-party pricing, features, service interruptions, account restrictions, third-party policies, or the accuracy and reliability of third-party services.

Course prices, applicable taxes, payment methods, access periods, and promotional offers will be displayed at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

Digital course purchases are generally non-refundable once access to digital course content has been provided, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy published by Coding Career Academy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security measures, share paid course access, use another learner's account, scrape or systematically copy course content, record and distribute paid lessons, resell course access, upload malicious software, interfere with platform operations, use our content for unlawful purposes, or misrepresent your relationship with Coding Career Academy.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a learner has violated these Terms, shared account credentials, distributed copyrighted content, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted unauthorized access, or abused our staff, instructors, community, or platform.

Termination due to a violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Where courses include communities, discussion forums, WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups, or live sessions, users must communicate respectfully. Harassment, abusive conduct, spam, threats, unauthorized promotion, or disruptive behavior may result in removal or suspension.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services where reasonably necessary. If a material change affects a purchased service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the change where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coding Career Academy shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our educational content or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication with Coding Career Academy.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be published on our website with the applicable effective date.
